I wanted to give it the max stars you could. My husband and I are in love with it! It is quiet, smooth pedaling and the seat is pretty comfortable for a bike seat! The assembly was simple and straightforward; same with adjusting for height and resistance. Our 11 year old son has no problem using it. We are super happy with our purchase!!

HUGE kudos to Marcy Fitness for a frankly surprisingly fast turnaround on a part I needed for my Marcy spin bike. No cost to me, even though it wasnt under warranty and the turnaround was crazy fast - I requested the part on a Saturday and the part was processed on Monday and shipped out on Tuesday. And not even 1 week later, I am already back on the bike and spinning! Great bike too!! Thank god for this bike during this quarantine!!!

Marcy Revolution Cycle
I have received my cycle and assembled it and that part was very well explained and i did not have any trouble. If there is one thing that you may want to improve is the shipping material. The hard plastic piece that lines the shaft made for the handle bar was pushed down in the shaft by the styrofoam used to protect the product during shipping. I had to maneuver it back to the top of the shaft to place the handle bar properly. The piece was was slightly damaged during shipping. Shipping those plastic parts separately may be a better way to protect their integrity. Other than that, I am happy to finally get the cycle.
