This machine does exactly what I need it to do! I highly recommend this product!

I have had this home gym set up for a month and I LOVE IT! The variety of exercises I am able to do at home now is endless. I am 5 foot 3 inches and the squat rack is perfect for me. The only thing that we didn't realize before was how short the squat rack is. My husband is 6 feet 2 inches and it isnt ideal for him to squat with, but we make it work. The Smith machine goes higher. Still love it and I am so happy to have this apart of my gym. Putting it together went well.

Great home gym with a very sturdy bench and a great deal of versatility.

This equipment is awesome. It was dropped off from a freight truck. They had call a week in advance to set up a drop off date that would best work for me. I lugged every piece in one at a time from the boxes. There were 4 boxes. The instructions were really easy to follow and all the hardware was already sorted to the steps required. It did take probably 6 hours to put it together while moving slow and taking my time. Nothing was missing and nothing was damaged. the packaging was very well put together. I am able to do everything I need with this equipment. I have spent many days, weeks, and hours researching different smith machines. I am very happy I went with this one. It was great piece of equipment for the price. I suggest just taking your time putting it together. I also used an 3/8 electric impact that helped a lot.

So happy we ordered this machine. We are able to work out every part of our body on this. Best machine to buy for a home gym. Great customer service and quick delivery for such a large and heavy machine. took me almost a full day to put together, but not too hard.

We have had the SM4903 for about three weeks, and it is changed our lives for the better! I am pleasantly surprised with how much functionality you get out of this one machine - there is nothing you cant do on it with the right attachments. Setup was about as long as other people report: ~7 hours overall. Not bad or hard, just lots of little parts to put together in the right order. For the cables, make sure you have lots of smaller, evenly matched plates for smooth function. We are two fairly large guys and we have no trouble using all aspects of this cage. Five stars!

I am not likely the typical purchaser of gym equipment, but I probably represent the new normal. After 20 years of being nickeled and dimed by a national gym chain, the last straw was when they (under COVID) restructured such that the closest gym accessible under my membership level was a 40-mile drive one-way... and I live in suburban Seattle. So, I cleared out space in my garage and purchased this item, another item, and an elliptical. It was easy to assemble, though obviously you need to set aside some time given the number of parts. When I finished assembling all three items (in addition to free weights), I was able to do any exercise I did at the gym. With current gym membership prices, I will break even within two years -- after that, I will save money year-after-year. Couldn't be happier! And delivery was smooth -- despite trucking 1,100 miles up the Coast, COVID, and having to dodge massive wildfires that crossed I-5, I only found one minor scratch in a non-obvious location. That should make it clear that this was well-packed and well-shipped. I will leave it up to the dedicated fitness buffs to opine about the nuances of form and function -- but for the rest of us, you'll be happy with this item.

Great system, gets used daily.

Purchased this machine and it arrived a little over two weeks later. Awesome turn around during COVID/Holiday season. Assembled unit in about 5 hours. It is structurally sound and safe. It has been an awesome addition to home gym. I would have given it 5 stars, the back rest on the bench had a bad inserted nut and it wouldnt accept the bolt. I had to go to hardware store to buy a new threaded insert and bolt to fix the issue. I assumed it would have taken too long to go through customer service, to send and receive a new part, especially during the holidays. It may have also been at greater cost to me, i.e. restock fee, S and H. In all fairness, Marcy may have taken care of the defect issue with no problem or further cost; we will never know. Either way I resolved the manufacturer defect under $5. The value of the unit still vastly outweighs the additional cost.

This is the best equipment for home.
