The Marcy Pro Deluxe Smith Cage Home Gym System – SM-7553 is an all-in-one home gym cage. This sturdy Smith Home Gym has an incredible amount of features suited for beginners and advanced users alike. The SM-7553 is an all-in-one smith cage because it offers a ton of features, some only found in club gyms, such as a smith machine and cable crossovers. In addition, the multi-grip pull up bar and detachable dip bars deliver body weight workouts without the need of a separate power tower.
Use the included bar catch / safety catches for presses, squats and more. Complete leg presses using the leg press attachment and use the landmine attachment for several different landmine workouts including landmine squats, landmine rows, and more. Purchase resistance bands / tubes separately to use with the included anchor rods to add a different form of resistance to your workout. The following accessories ensure you can complete almost every exercise you can think of with the Marcy Deluxe Smith Cage Home Gym System – Lat Bar, Short Bar, Ankle Strap, V-Bar, V-Handle, triceps rope, and barbell pad.
The included adjustable bench has a saw-tooth adjustment for the back pad so you can quickly and securely switch between incline, flat, and decline positions. For your comfort, the seat pad portion also has 4 different adjustment angles. For your convenience, the transport wheels make it easy to move the bench around as necessary for your workouts. Finally, the preacher curl pad and leg developer are detachable to make space for different workouts.
This unit does not have a weight stack. Olympic weight plates are not included.

The Marcy Pro Deluxe Smith Cage Home Gym System is a smith machine and power rack in one. Use the ultra-smooth chrome smith machine to safely workout on your own. And, use the included bar catch / safety catches to complete squats, presses, and more.
Adjustable Cable Crossovers
There are 40 adjustments possible for the cable crossovers on the SM-7553 so you can set them to your ideal position. The cable crossovers are connected to two independent weight trolley systems. As a result, each side of the cable crossover can be used with different weight or allow you to properly even out your exercises.
Power Tower Features in your All-in-One Home Gym
The SM-7553 Deluxe Smith Cage Home Gym also includes traditional power tower features. Use the adjustable dip station for dips, or the multi-grip pull up station for pull-ups, chin-ups, and more. The row plate on the SM-7553 helps provide grip for your seated rows.
Attachments to Increase your Exercise Options
The SM-7553 offers a wide variety attachments for more workouts. Attach the landmine station for landmine squats and leg press attachment for leg presses. The resistance band / tube anchor rods can add even more resistance to your workouts as well (resistance bands / tubes not included).

Storage
With so much included, the SM-7553 provides storage space so you don’t develop clutter. There are weight plate storage slots for your plates, two barbell storage posts, and storage hooks for some of your included accessories.

The saw tooth adjustment style on weight bench back pad ensure safe adjustment to the inline, flat, and decline positions. In addition, the bench seat pad has 4 adjustment angles for your comfort.
Bench Versatility
To add to the convenience of this all-in-one smith machine home gym, transport wheels on the bench make it easy to move the bench in between workouts. The arm curl pad and leg developer stations on the bench are detachable to maximize your space during workouts.

Could use work
Cannot perform heavy lat pull downs. Bench configuration makes it impossible to get full ROM on lying leg curls.

Not bad but the bench definitely needs to be redesigned. Bench is almost impossible to do lying leg curls on.

Excellent Home Gym
This is a great Smith machine/cage system for home gyms! Very sturdy, and tons of different exercises you can do. It's a bit challenging to assembly if you're doing it on your own, without any help. Once assembled, though, you'll be impressed. Well worth the price. Be aware that it's delivered in 6 heavy boxes. You'll need help to carry them inside your house. Also, it's quite tall when assembled, so make sure you measure your ceiling height & account for any light fixtures as well.

Perfect total gym
This machine is perfect if you are tired of waiting for machine at gyms but still want a full body workout. They left nothing out. The worst part of this machine was BUILDING IT. the instructions do not have words,only a picture that’s very small to see so you better pay close attention to the detail in the picture so you don’t end up taking part back off to flip them around! None of the parts are labeled like the picture so your having to find and match the exact piece. But when it’s all finished it’s a very nice full body all purpose gym. I’d recommend it to anyone that not a body builder to use. It does require 2 people to build fyi. You will enjoy it as me and my boys do

It's a beast!
I don't know what it can't do. It's got me working to pay for it, worked to build it, and gonna train on it. I don't think there is a thing this gym can't do. It's very well built everything went together smoothly. And it has everything you need. Very impressive

Total Home Gym Experience, this is it!
Mine was delivered last week and due to travel I didn't get it assembled until Sunday evening. I am very pleased with the quality of this machine. I have purchased Marcy equipment for several years for my home gym and this machine, by far, greatly exceeds my expectations. It wasn't difficult to assemble, and I don't think there's anything this machine can't do. I bought it to replace the three different rack systems I had and I don't regret my purchase at all. Anyone looking for a total home gym experience, this is it!

Very Sturdy
I purchased this as my first home gym. I was wanting an all in one gym and this provided that. There are so many exercises you can do with it. Very well built, the instructions were easy to follow. Took me about 4 hours to assemble. Packaging was great and labeled very well. I’ve been owning this machine for about 6 months with no complaints
