This little bench packs quite a punch when it comes to versatility. Installation was quick and simple. It is very sturdy and stable on both hard floors and carpet. This thing is the best addition to my "At home gym"!
I picked this Workout Bench up from Sam's Club for me and my wife to add to our New...ly renovated at home gym! I recently injured my right arm and I am trying to get back into shape. Me and my Wife don't want a bunch of one purpose fitness equipment lying around crowding my my upper rooms. However, this bench is versatile and it basically replaces most of my current fitness equipment! I do my sit-ups on this thing, Me and my Wife just love love love to bench press on this thing, and it is lightweight and easy to move from room to room so that is like icing on the cake! All in all this a wonderful product and I will tell all my friends that if you want something easy to move and an amazing workout companion run to your nearest Sam's Club (or Marcy.com) and pick up this bench!

Very organize packaging when it came. Bench was fairly easy to assemble. it took around 30 minutes for one person with clear instructions provided. Bench is very sturdy for flat, incline and decline workouts. Padding is very comfortable to workout in. over all great quality bench and very satisfied with the purchase!
