Alternatively, if you’d like to push for a harder ride, you could use the handles at the front of the unit.
Don’t let all that hard work go to waste, utilize the built-in LCD screen to note calories, speed, and more. If you prefer monitoring your workout based on hear rate, the built-in pulse monitors record your heart beat rate in beats per minute (BPM.)

Easy to put together and a no frills bike that keeps us moving during the pandemic. It is great to have so we can maintain some type of activity indoors in case of inclement weather :)

Quick to assemble (1-1/2 hr). Very quiet to use. Feels very sturdy to use. Easy to adjust from 5 feet 5 inches person to 6 feet 3 inches.
